Phil is a 1965 graduate of Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio. He has worked in all areas of commercial/industrial real estate, with a focus on development. He was part of the land acquisition team for the Fort Wayne General Motors plant. Phil has developed many industrial buildings and shopping centers in Fort Wayne. Currently, he manages over 1.2 million sq. ft. of commercial and industrial properties. In 1992 Phil, Steve Wesner and David Norton formed Goldstine Knapke Company. In 2005 he joined Bill Martin to form Martin Goldstine Knapke.
