Susan has been Phil Knapke's executive assistant since 1981. In addition to her duties for Phil, she handles the day-to-day operations for Northcrest Shopping Center, Coliseum Towers, West State Plaza, Dupont Village, St. Joe Village, the Village At Coventry, and other industrial properties. Susan is a native of Fort Wayne and attended Indiana University–Fort Wayne. She is active in her church and the community, serving on numerous boards and committees.
