As
a property/client manager for Martin Goldstine Knapke, Deb is responsible
for all property management functions including: overseeing maintenance
staff, coordinating all daily work orders, interacting with tenants, resolving
any issues, managing all accounting functions relating to property management,
including collection of rents and billing of all invoices.
Prior to joining Martin Goldstine Knapke, Deb served as a Client Service
Manager for numerous industrial and business facilities for more than
15 years.
