Bill literally grew up in and around the business because his father was a successful developer for many years. After graduating from Indiana University, Bloomington, Bill spent two years with the Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce as Vice President of the Economic Development Division. Prior to forming Martin Goldstine Knapke, Bill was the Managing Director for the local CB Richard Ellis office. Bill also spent several years working in Indianapolis developing and leasing projects around the country for The Broadbent Company.

Bill began his professional real estate career in 1994 and specializes in brokerage services, including sales and leasing of commercial, industrial and office space. Currently, he's on the Board of Directors for the Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce, Arts United and ARC/Easter Seals. A Graduate of Leadership Fort Wayne, Bill is a former recipient of Future 40, which recognizes leaders in Fort Wayne under the age of 40. He is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR), the leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association.
